gavih715 @jess15levario just got it! it's missing a good amount of screws :-( what happened? also no books came with it. I thought those were included like the pictures?

jess15levario @gavih715 Everything is attached and so I don’t know what screws are you missing? I didn’t know you wanted the books. I actually tossed the books. It had my daughter’s homework, had her information. I didn’t think you wanted them. It was just a display.

gavih715 @jess15levario There was a total of 6 screws missing on the last picture you can see a wire tie holding the side frame. It's also missing the felt guards to stop the key from smacking into the frame 😔 I'll take it in for service, but they quoted $150 over the phone.

jess15levario @gavih715 Excuse me? there’s no wires attached nor holding anything, you can zoom in the picture. I wouldn’t sell something like that. That saxophone is in good condition and there is definitely nothing wrong with it. You are more than welcome to send it back! I gave you a good deal on it.
