Does it fit true to size?

@jcapo73 Hello! I spoke with the previous owner (I am not a size six and can’t try it on!) and she says the fit is a true size 6 in the waist, and it is not a tight fitting skirt in the hips, but is looser. The measurements are 14” across waist, 19” across hips, and 20.5” in length. Please let me know if you have any addition questions that I may help with!
