Savane Casual Dress Pants 42X30

This is a pair of Savane pants. They are a casual dress style and feel. They have stretch elastics at the side of the waist band. They are marked as size 42X30 (faded tag) and are about 20 inches flat at the waist and the inseam is about 27 1/2 inches. They have some stuff on the right leg, different things so not sure what happened with them.
