nlfox2 @smoots67 Really sorry for the delay. I went ahead and measured and the bust across is 18 1/4" or 36 1/2" around. The fabric is satin and not really stretchy. For reference, I am 34C and this fit fine in the bust with some extra room. nlfox2 @siciliandiva81 yes there are adjustable straps! There is some very minor pulling. I added a photo of the straps and a video of the dress in natural light so you can see the fabric.
