arommeney @ny900 it depends what kind of cross country races. Most would be beneficial to have these types of racers, you would just need longer spikes due to the hills and dirt and or mud terrains

arommeney @joannaberm racers are supposed to be tight but a lot of people like room also. Depends on your event. I like them tight and I’d wear a 7 meanwhile in trainers I’d wear a 6. So I would say they run a little small. These fit me good but I’m not running competitively anymore
