New without tags. Bought these for cross country last year and my son was between a 7 & 7.5 and these were too small. So I say runs 1/2 to 1 size too small. But great colorway to match running clothes or school colors easily. Easy to screw in Spikes & tool included so these will work for track shoes as well.
