sarahshorty10 @denisalee123 hey! Sorry for the late reply! I’m not sure exactly how to answer this but lying it down flat it’s somewhere between 18/19 inches across. I’m a 10/12 and as I said a little bigger in the bottom as well and it’s a little tight BUT I could definitely wear it if I were comfortable in tighter clothes. Hope this answers your question.
