Cute leopard midi skirt, waist is stretchy and measures 19” flat not stretched. Total length of the garment is 32” long. You can roll the skirt to be shorter. Doesn’t have pockets but in great condition, no flaws. Inside tag is pretty illegible but I’m guessing it’s polyester/elastic
