Sateen Cap Sleeve Cocktail Dress

New and Unworn cocktail dress is above the knee, fully lined and beautiful pleat detail at the sleeves. Easy sheath style suits anybody, especially with the pleats the style is very forgiving. The sateen drapes and is very soft. I purchased this just because I loved the details but now i don't fit it. The color is a peacock teal and very luxurious. There is a very subtle thread near the shoulder - see zoomed in detail picture of shoulder detail.
