Sarin Matthew's Off the shoulder sweater tie dress. Elastic band around the top to fit off your shoulders. Has a set of sleeves to tie around the waist. Looks big but fits as its size or can fit as medium. Can't remeber where I bought it or how much. New, never been worn with tags.
