opalpea @ninamasonauthor it's a wrap skirt, the wait can vary greatly depending on how you tie it. and it is teal and green, I would call the under skirt more green, the top layer teal.

opalpea @ninamasonauthor the length is 35in the fabric is 51 inches wide that makes up the skirt. I think the max waist would be somewhere around 43in
