"Sarah" Gold Tone Long Necklace w/Pendant

This necklaces is marked "Sarah". It is quite long - Chain measures almost 11 1/2" long. Round Pendant measures approx. 1 1/2" diameter. The pendant is comprised of gold filagree textured circular shapes with 1 rectangular gold bar shape and 2 square bar shapes. See picture please. Overall very good condition. I assume this is by Sarah Coventry but the marking just says "Sarah" in all capital letters.
