Dampen a cloth with soapy water or glass cleaner, wipe carefully, and dry immediately. -Water, lotions, and chemicals are the enemy of jewelry. -Do not clean costume jewelry pearls with any cleaner. Blow the dust off or gently rub with a clean, dry cloth. -Clean sterling silver with a polishing cloth. -It is better to store jewelry in individual boxes to reduce wear and scratching, and to keep the stones from loosening.
