Sapphire blue silky dress

This is a gorgeous, strappy, sapphire/electric blue dress. Zipper on the side- fitted in the ribcage area and a little looser along the rest of the body, and definitely shows off cleavage. Found this at a designer sale a few years ago but it did not have any tags. I only wore it once and got tons of compliments. I don’t know the exact size but fits like a 6
