Sapphire blue cut out dress

Beautiful dress, never worn. Purchased and took the tags off but just never found myself wearing and now with a different hair color the dress doesn’t suit my coloring. More form fitting balloon sleeves with tightness at wrist. Cut outs are only in the front side. Very soft and stretchy material.
