Sapphire and Diamond ring

What I think are sapphire and diamonds but could be artificial stones. I don’t really know. Was left in my grandmother’s jewelry box when she passed away. The ring itself doesn’t look like real silver to me. It is missing one “diamond” stone right on top next to the big stone.
