Sapphire and Diamond Heart Ring

Lab Created Heart Sapphire surrounded by two small genuine diamonds on each side of the sapphire. The material the ring is made out of is known as P4, which is sterling silver mixed with rhodium and palladium in order to keep it from tarnishing as quickly as regular sterling silver. The ring has only been worn twice and is still in almost perfect condition. It has also never been sized and remains a stock size 7.
