Santa Hallmark Ornament

Toymaker Santa Hallmark Ornament. Santa checks out all his toys before they go out with him on Christmas Eve. This toy boat seems to have passed Santa's inspection. Santa is wearing brown rubber boots, green trousers and a striped shirt. Looks like he wishes he could be out on a real boat. This Toymaker Santa was the 1999 Membership Ornament.
