Santa Clause Figurine

Santa Claus is stuffing a stocking with toys. He stands on a wood base, he is about 7" tall, and the base is about 5" wide. The figurine feels kind of like wood, but it is probably some other material. Previously owned, there are a few nicks on the base, and the top part does not sit perfectly in the center of the bottom part... so it's possible that it came off at some point and someone glued it back on. Or it's just the way it was manufactured, I don't know.
