This keychain has a small tube sleeve designed to fit a Hanko, or personal signature seal, which is used for official paperwork in Japan. The seal is like a small stamp, with the design (someone’s name) pressed into a small ink pad, often found in the cap of the Hanko, then pressed onto the paper. The dimensions of the tube sleeve would also work to fit a typical chapstick / maybe a slim lipstick. A plastic snap button closes the sleeve to prevent it falling out.
