Sankuu Stretch Workout Band These bands are to increase the strength and flexibility in your arms, back, legs, hamstrings etc.. great for warming up before any exercise routine. These are new and not used. I got them to use for yoga and then I got injured. This is why they have been undone. The pamphlet shows step -by-step exercises which is included. The black pouch is to keep it all together.
