Beautiful vintage blue house dress with colorful collar and floral appliques with gold thread detail, in corresponding color ways. The skirt features two tiers of "ruffles" and has pockets!! Made in India 100% Cotton Size Petite, but best suited to a medium/large Length 45" Bust 38" Waist 44" There is some bluish staining on the front by the flowers that is a little darker than the dress. It is not super noticeable and price is reflected.
