Sandro Ferrone mini with tweed plaid bottom size S

Red and black . blacktop is a zipper back with cap sleeve flowing into Tweed pleated bottom with bow. excellent condition. on the inside tag this says 44 which in Sandro sizes means size 10 however it looks smaller to me. It appears to be a 6 or S. I could take pics with some measurements if you'd like!
