Sandra New York Vintage Felt and Feather Black Hat

This hat was given to me by my 85 year old friend. It was her mother's hat. It is over 65 years old. Made in the USA by Union Workers for Sandra New York Features an attached feather along the top No rips but there looks like a small stain on the interior brim of the hat.
