Sheer, sleeveless polka dot dress from Sandra Darren. Has a removable black slip. Dress flares at the slightly ruffled bottom. Black with white, gray, and lavender polka dots. Back has a button closure at top with keyhole opening above a back zipper. Has belt loops on the sides, but does not come with a belt.
