Sanderson's vintage 60's shift dress and belt

Vintage Sanderson's 60's red, white and blue shift dress and belt. Great condition except for a few small areas that are very slightly yellowed and 400 written lightly on the inside of the dress. You can't see it on the outside of the dress. All of these very small flaws depicted in the last couple of photos.
