Sand Harlequin Clown Ceramic Face White Hair Jester Painted 5.5" Vintage 80s 90s

Some of the face paint is rubbing off, but he still has a clear face. Might be fun restoring him. His face is ceramic and his body is a sand bag. Very cute! About 5.5" tall with his hat. May be part of the Q-Tee collection, but he doesn't have any tags.
