Elgin American made in USA - scene shows the corner of Market & Powell in 1940’s SanFrancisco featuring a cable car, street lights, traffic light, traffic cop & 1940’s car trunk. There appears to be missing paint - can’t tell what was supposed to be painted or not. Condition as shown in photos. Price reflects as such. Powder residue inside - no powder puff. 3” X 3.5”
