Reposhing this item I purchased from @rachelsboutique. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Samuel Dong, high end designer, this dress is figure flattering, fun and easy to wear with the halter neck line. My size changed- otherwise I would keep it! Questions? Leave a comment below!
