Used condition, they work but need to be added to an already existing system, they need a DVR. also wires have been cut so you will need to hit wire them, I've checked and they do power on. Sale is as is condition and I wouldn't buy them unless you know what your doing. Each is work over 100$ brand new, price reflects the cut wires
