I bought 2 and have only needed the one. I found this one unopened in a drawer. Simply place the back of your smartphone on the charging pad to charge. Also included in the box with the charging pad is a Fast Charge wall charger and microUSB cable. The box says it works for any Qi wireless charging enabled devices (including Samsung S8, Samsung Galaxy Note8, Apple iPhone 8, and Apple iPhone X - US version).
