It can be use solely with Bluetooth connection or setup by a phone carrier with it's own cellular service and phone number (number share), meaning you can still get text, calls, email, etc. even when you leave your phone behind or your phone battery dies. Comes with watch, watch band, USB charger, extra/replacement watch band pin & box with all the IMEI, SKU, SIM, EID numbers you will need to set up with a service provider. I have never used this watch. Only turned it on one to show that it works. I comes certified reconditioned from Samsung. Plastic protectors still on watch face and back.
