Samsung Blue Phone Used - Like new Samsung Blue Android Cell phone. Purchased at T-Mobile couple of months ago. Phone will come factory reset & is in perfect condition (no cracks or damages to the outside). SIM is locked I believe due to non payment through the carrier.
