Sam & Libby Vintage. I bought them new a lot of years ago. These are great for a summer dressy day. They have sat in a basket for a long time but are still really cute!! Kitten like heel, about 2“ high. A little wear on the underside as seen in photos. Also the flowers are paint worn, they would look new if you painted them.
