What is the circumference at the top/calf??

@jennifersulliva according to Sam Edelman’s website, they’re 15” but they also have a stretch band at the top so they will expand. My calves are 14” and I have a lot of room, feels like more than an inch to me. It accommodates a thick sock and thick leggings or leggings for me and I still have room in the boot leg.
