This is a unique and flowy dress designed to move with a pretty flutter. It channels "prairie romance" with a patchwork print and smocked and ruffled details. V-neckline with tie, long sleeves with smocked cuffs, slips on over head, lined. Smocked waist. Handkerchief hem, approx 44 1/2" at the shortest point of hem, 51" longest. Worn once, washed and line-dried. I love it, it is a bit too long for me even in heels and that is why I am selling it vs. getting a few more wears. True to size.
