This a a lovely lightweight yellow dress by Sam Edelman. It is flowey can be worn on or off the shoulders. This dress has a thin liner. I purchased on Posh, but the event I was going to go to was cancelled. The previous owner did cut out the “ingredient” tag so I am unable to provide information. . Measurements: P2P 17” and L is 29”.
