27gb @reihaibara Hi, I have written to you several different ways. I placed an order for the DVF dress last weekend and it has not shipped, nor have you answered my comments on your profile or any other items. This is by far the worst costumer service I have had on posh mark. Can you be an honest seller and tell me whether or not you will ship the item? I saw that you were delayed with previous buyers as well and am sorry to see this is how you run your business. Please confirm if shipping.

reihaibara @27gb I hope you do realize it’s a secondhand platform and one personal like me is not responsible for any kind of customer service. I will accommodate my best effort to get shipment out but like you said, I could not do that in a timely manner (3-5 days). If you have an urgent deadline I suggest you go to a regular online department store, which provides the services you need. Thx.

27gb @reihaibara So, are you shipping it or not? Sellers aren’t supposed to make a best effort to ship, they are supposed to ship. I am well versed in the difference between regular online retail and secondhand platform but considering others public ally commented that you were late, it appears to be an unfortunate pattern. I would have instead appreciated you confirming when you would mail it. If you are not able to do so within the next 24 hours, you need to say that. It has been 7 days.

27gb @reihaibara I did cancel the order which is extremely disappointing. If you hope your passive aggressiveness will ensure you don’t have to ship out you have succeeded. It would not have been a pending transaction had you shipped in a timely fashion. I hope that anyone interested in ever purchasing from you sticks with other, professional and prompt Poshmark sellers.
