Salvatore Ferragemo Black Velvet Patterned Pumps Heels - Size 4B

Used condition with wear on bottom - please see pictures. Runs small/narrow. I usually wear size 4, medium width, in women's shoes (or size 2 in kids size), and these pumps were a little too small/narrow for me.
