Salvatore Ferragamo Faux Python Wedge Heel Silver Black 4" Tall Size 5.5 B Rare

I can't find any like these online ANYWHERE. Size 5.5 B. The uppers have a feature to them and I'm not sure what they are made of. The heels are around 4" tall. One sole is coming loose at the heel. Other signs of use/age/wear are shown in the photos. ZX02450. The heel/sole appears to be cork that is painted in a glossy black. These are super cute.
