lilyplease @esteinhafel in my opinion, yes. I wear a 9.5 consistently and the second I put these on I knew I needed to size up in them. The ones I sized up to are labeled 9.5 so I would agree to these being a true 9 as labeled for women. (The men’s size is listed as an 8 on this pair which is usually a 9.5 - this is what caused my confusion and led to me ordering the wrong size in the first place).
