For fast hiking on moderate to technical terrain, these awesome and comfortable Salomon X Ultra 2 low hiking shoes feature a sleek, athletic design, breathable uppers, a stable chassis, and grippy soles. The minimalist lacing system is secured with single-pull tightening for quick on/off. Contragrip rubber outsoles with aggressive lug design ensures super-stable grip on all surfaces and terrain types. They’re size 7, but they fit me and I usually wear 7.5. They’re in excellent condition (I only wore them once) with superficial dirt in the deep grooves on the sole. There’s actually no wear on the soles. Because they’re a sample, the Ortholite slip-in insole is missing on the right shoe to accommodate the sample sticker. Rare Bordeaux deep red dahlia color.
