@guesswhat_1234 - so if I am a 28 waists and they just barely closed , then maybe a 25-27? There is elastic around the back ... I will measure today ..

I was correct . More like 26-27 waist. Hips and thighs were fine, just could not close the waistline and you need them a little if to get leggings under them ..
