Salomon S-Lab X-Alp GTX (Size 11.5)

Found these shoes to be great for a class 4 cat 4 scramble; alpine hiking/trekking. with a light/medium pack weight. Compatible with universal “strap-on” crampons. I paired them with the BD Serac w/no problems. For me, they did double-duty as alpine scramblers and sheep/elk hunting. So I had to graffiti the white “Look at me I’m over here” accents The boots have some wear and tear as shown in the photos - creased leather; a few nips in the outsole from scree/tallus. But they have a lot of life left, as can be seen by the insole condition.
