Sally Miller Couture Short-Sleeve Lace Dress with Black Liner

This black-lined sheath dress has a cream lace top layer and crisscross black straps in the V-neck back. My 10 year old daughter modeling the dress is lean and in the shorter group of girls in her class. In the bottom front of the dress, there is one connection in the lace that seems to have been sewn incorrectly. I've got a picture to show it.
