lilly8133 @cupofjoe it's like a dainty tulle netting, not the harsh, heavy tutu type. It flows to your body shape if you're more petite w curves or like on the dress form, it would loosely hang w someone that's petite but w out a Lg chest(I'm 5'8"- this hits about 2/3 of the way up the thigh(about two fingers below my butt) Xx
