Free people red/wht bell sleeve tunic top minidress size 4

I have two of these and I’m keeping the color combo I wear most. I bought this new with tags and only wore it once. It looks best worn as a tunic over leggings or skinny jeans. If you are shorter, you could even wear it as a dress. The fit is right on, very flattery! Get tons of compliments when I wear mine.
