Saks fifth avenue blue velvet and silk chiffon dress

Purchased from mercari to wear to a wedding. It didn’t fit as I have a very pear shaped body and it was too big on top and the lining was too tight on bottom. Very beautiful velvet top with chiffon bottom and silver rhinestone button accents. Pet friendly home.
