I suspect this item is new without tags and I can certainly verify that it is vintage. It is half cotton half polyester and made in the USA. It is a size large but I presented exact measurements in the pics. Really light vibrant spring Easter colors are expressed with random vertical lines. Front and center zipper closure zips not quite all the way to neckline, as the circular neckline is preceded by three sturdy, round, stylish white buttons that begin where the zipper ends.
