Gorgeous black and white floral dress by saints and secrets. Back is sheer. There is attached coordinated fabric tie belt (please note one flaw at side attachment of belt). Skirt is ruffled at bottom hem and tiered. Lying flat armpit to armpit approx 16.5” across and waist approx 13” across and top of shoulder to bottom hem 32”. All measurements are approximate
